The Service Charge in our Industrial Park is: EUR 0.3 / sqm / month + VAT.

The Service Charge contains the following services (main items):

          - guarded gates 0-24 through the main entrance and further two entrances

               between 4:30 and 18:00,

          - security patrol,

          - lighting of the roads,

          - cleaning and maintenance of the road network, park areas, snow removal.
